About Rosewood Domiciliary Care

Our Story

At Rosewood, we are dedicated to offering compassionate, reliable domiciliary support that helps adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. While we are not currently regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we are committed to delivering non-regulated support services with professionalism, dignity, and genuine care.

As we continue developing our service and strengthening our presence within the community, we are proud to connect with local families, share helpful guidance, and be a trusted point of support. Our priority is to ensure that those who need a little extra help can access care that feels personal, respectful, and truly uplifting.

At Rosewood, we are transparent about our journey. We are newly established and not yet CQC-regulated, currently offering non-regulated support services as we work toward full registration. From the very start, our mission has guided us: to create a service founded on compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection, helping individuals remain independent, safe, and comfortable at home. Every interaction matters, every person is valued, and every family is supported, with kindness, respect, and understanding at the heart of all we do.

As we begin building our service, we’re focused on providing high-quality non-regulated domiciliary support that helps make everyday life easier, safer, and more enjoyable.

• Light household and domestic tasks
• Wellbeing check-ins and friendly visits
• Support with routines, hobbies, and activities
• Escorting to community events, appointments, or social outings

As a new agency, we aim to be a positive, reliable presence in the community—a service people can turn to for support at home, guidance, connection, and reassurance.

We’re already taking steps to get involved locally through community events, collaborations, charity support, and projects that reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing. Our goal is to support individuals in their homes while strengthening the community around them.

Though at the start of our journey, our commitment is clear: to grow with integrity, stay community-focused, and be there for those who need us every step of the way.

Our Reason for Caring

Rosewood was created from personal experience. Having family members in need of ongoing support helped us understand how important independence, confidence, and the right kind of help truly are. We believe support should empower people — giving them greater freedom and peace of mind, while easing the pressure often felt by families.

Our mission is simple:
to help individuals feel secure, supported, and independent in their own homes.

We also believe in the strength of community. As we grow, we aim to play an active role in local initiatives, offering help where it’s needed and building meaningful connections. At Rosewood, our purpose is not only to support individuals, but also to contribute positively to the community we’re proud to be part of.
